Ardagh Will:
Claud Moore of the parish of Cloongesh, co. Longford
To be buried in the old church of Newtonsforbes.
To my well beloved wife Mary Moore for her life £20 yearly out of the lands of Carnigagh and Ballybrimorage in the parish of Rathasphick, co. Westmeath and the interest of £300 now in the hands of Bevan Slator. Esq., as recited in my marr. Setts., and to my said wife Mary her chest of drawers, bed and all my house linen.
To my daughter Jane Moore said sum of £300 after the death of my wife Mary and all profits of my said lands of Carrigogh and Ballybrimoroge during the lease there of from Sir James Nugent, also to my sd dau. Jane all my title to the lands of Leitrim held by lease from Robert Gouldsbury, and my title to the lands of Leitrim held by lease from Lord Belmore and my title to the lands of Derry Nacrutt held by lease from Samuel Ahmuty, Esq., and my title to the lands of Brencrisk held by lease from Henry Ellis, all situate in the barony and county of Longford; and also to my said dau. Jane Moore the residue of my substance whatsoever, and in case she die unmarried or under 21, I bequeath to my niece Anne Moore eldest daughter of McVitty Moore of Cartron in the parish of Cloongesh, co. Longford said £300 and the profits of all my said lands of Carrigagh, Ballybrimnoge, Leitrem, Killian, Derry nairutt and Brencrisk, and all the residues of my substance whatsoever.
The residues of my furniture and farm stock to be sold to pay my debts.
I appoint my well beloved wife Mary Moore, George Beatty of Lismoy, Esq., and Thomas Moore of Rahganney to be exoer.
