Peters in 3 years after; to my dau. Jane £75 in 3 years after; to my dau. Anne £75 when 24; to my dau. Elinor £75 when 24; and to my grand child Wm. Fenton £20 to be paid to his mother for him when he arrives at yrs of discretion.

My exors to hold my lands of Laurencetowne, my part of Donoure, situtate in barony of Kells, co. Meath, in trust for my eldest son William Williams for his life; remr to my grandson William Williams eldest son of my said son William and his heirs male, remr to my grandson Joseph Williams second son of my eldest son Wm. and his heirs male; remr to the heirs of my son Wm.
