Court of a marked Writ for 30 pounds on account of said cars and had PLT. arrested by the Sheriff of county Fermanagh and detained in prison until PLT.’s attorney put in a rule to show cause of bail upon them which they not being able to do PLT. was released. That since the said Defts. In last Trinity term filed a declaration against PLT. upon said “appel?” in an action of the case upon an “insult Comput assent” for 10 pounds, although PLT never had any dealings with Defts. other than aforesaid. Prays that writs may be granted against Dennis Mitchell, Daniell Malloy and Derby Conran to answer in the premises.

Paid Mr. Standfor for beer for Mitchell. Paid to Dennis Mitchell for beer at Maguyre’s bridge. Paid William Armstrong’s men at Mitchell’s order. Paid Mitchell’s servant when he came for aqua vite. Paid Mitchell’s servant more for aqua vite, viz 13 gals at 41-per gal.
Paid Mitchell’s bailiffs when they took PLT prisoner due to PLT. for PLT.’s service in disposing of and looking after the carrs for a whole year, 3 pounds. Total pounds 38- 2/9and half. [Signed]
