Richard Pigott, 4th son of my said niece Mary Pigott, and his heirs.
To my exrs £14,000 on trust to clear off the encumbrance on the fee and inheritance of the Glynn estate, Co. Wexford, the property of my eldest brother Edward Beatty, and for £10,000 part of said £14,000 my exrs to make legal discharges so as said estate may be absolutely relieved from payment of encumbrances to the extent of sd £10,000 and for £4,000 the residue thereof exrs to take legal discharges in their own names to charges of that extent affecting said estate in trust for the children (exclusive of the eldest son) of my nephew David Beatty eldest son of my brother Edward share and share alike, to whom I devise said £4,000, and which shall not bear interest or be payable during the life of said Edward Beatty and his eldest son David except upon the consent of said Edward Beatty his eldest son David or the survivor of them, to be paid to said children after the death of said Edward Beatty and David his eldest son, except with their consent, upon their respective age of 21.
To my exrs £5,000 upon trust to pay the interest thereof to my niece Mary Pigott for her life, free from her husband George Pigott, and after her death same to her children equally when 21.
To my brother David Beatty £1,000 and all arrear of rent due by my tenants on my estate in Co. Wicklow of which I am tenant for life.
To my exrs £2,000 in trust to pay the interest thereof to my brother Rev. Frederick Beatty and after his death to his eldest and second sons equally.
To my said nephew David Beatty, eldest son of my brother David £1,000.
To my niece Mary Beatty, eldest dau. of my brother David, £1,500.
To my niece Olivia Beatty, second dau. of my brother David, £2,000.
To my niece Elizabeth Beatty, third dau. of my brother David, £1,000.
To my cousin-german Olivia King, second daughter to my Aunt Penelope King £700, and to her brother Thomas King, £500 [or £5,000 I haven't ?? rough notes—P. C.]
To Elizabeth Frances Goodall, only child of my late niece Olivia Goodall £1,500 upon her marriage or when 21, and should she die then same to sink into my residuary estate; and to her father Doctor Goodall in testimony of my affection and regard £100.
To Mrs. Elizabeth Beatty, wife of my brother Edward Beatty £400.
To Denis(?) Kirwan of Castlehackett, Co. Galway, Esq. £100 in testimony of my affection.
To Fanny Burke, eldest dau. of James Burke of St. Clerans, Co. Galway, and her sister Herry Burke, £100 each in testimony of my affection.
To my godson James Thomas Burke (third son of said James Burke) of the Royal Engineers, £200 in testimony of my affection.
