Westmeath, Esq., the lease of my part of Fennor, Co. Westmeath for 3 lives or 31 years held under John Nugent of Clonlast, Esq., my lease of lands of Knewbawn alias Keinebawn for 3 lives or 31 years held under Robert Ogle, Esq., my lease of lands of Harberstown and part of Allenstown held for 21 years under William Waller of Allenstown, Esq.; my lease of lands of Glackstown for 31 years held under Lewis Monfortt, Esq.; and my lease of part of Gartlandstown for 3 lives or 21 years held under Stern Tighe, Esq.
To Margaret Levingstone my niece £10 a year charged on Battstown and Fenner for her life, and if she marry her husband to have no say therein.
