of said Edmond Beatty, situated in the town of Cavan aforesaid, bounded on the North by Robert Arskin's tenant, South of Patrick Cahill's tenement, and East by Thomas Fleming's Hill parks, and on West to the High's street, together with appurtenances thereunto belonging. To hold for the lives of Isaac Herdman of Heathstown, Co. Westmeath, weaver, Elenor Herdman, daughter of said Isaac, and of said Hannah Beatty, and of the survivor of them, at £17 rent, with covenant of renewal for ever on fine of £2-7/6.

Cavan, as set out in a schedule annexed to said deed. To Hold for her & her heirs forever.

To Hold as by a rented lease under which said Edmond Beatty held the premises for the heirs of Isaac Herdman, Elinor Herdman, daughter of said Isaac and of said Hannah Beatty, and survivor of them, under the rents therein mentioned.
