L., of the 1st part; Anne Lee alias Nesbitt wife to Robert Weldon Lee, gent. of the 2nd part; and Carncross Nesbitt of Dublin, Esq., of the 3rd part. Reciting that Henry Nesbitt of Aghamore, Co. Longford, Esq., dec’d, by his will bequeathed to said Anne £250 and one fourth part of his estate in Co. Roscommon. That by marriage Sett’nt 7 Feb. 1797 on marriage of sd Robert Weldon Lee with Anne Nesbitt sd legacy was vested in sd Wm Betty as trustee to pay one moiety thereof to R. W. Lee & the other moiety to Anne. That R. W. Lee and Anne Lee had now agreed to live separate and apart from each other. Witnesseth Wm Betty and Anne Lee according to their respective interests
