My exors to settle all accounts with Wm Adams of the city of Dublin, gent, and receive all money due to me for the following uses.
To Richard Robinson of Lylo, psh of Sego, co. Armagh, my son-in-law, £100 and my bed.
To my sister Jane Robinson of Lylo aforesaid £40
Residue to my daughter Mary Lawder of co. Leitrem
I appoint Ryand Louwder of co. Leitrem, gent and Richard Robinson of Lylo, gent to be exor.

As to my lands, houses, bleachgreen ,Cattle, furniture, linen’s, brown and white debts owing me, in short all my property (this house in which I dwell only excepted) to be sold and proceeds to pay my debts, then of the residue, half to my daughter Mary Elizabeth Betty, of the other half to my son William Henry Betty, together with the house I dwell in he having been very serviceable to me in my business these several years subject to the following bequest: - To my son Zachary Betty £5 he having got his portion.
Appoint my well beloved children Mary Elizabeth Betty and Wm Henry Betty the exors.
