January 10, 1736. James Beaty (sic) of Cordrissogah [Cordressigo], Barony of Dartry, Co. Monaghan made over to John Beaty of the said town & county “interest of in and to the lands of Cordrissogah aforesaid the same being a lease of three lives which said instrument in writing is endorsed on the back of the Grand lease under which the said lands are held and the said instrument in writing is witnessed by David Red of Muff in the Co. of Cavan Linnen Weaver and this Memorial is witnessed by the said David red and Arnold Mathews of Newtowncorrry in the Co. of Monaghan farmer and Phelemy Connolly of the same distiller.
