May 1, 1742. “On a deed dated the twenty second day of July one thousand seven hundred and twenty whereby John Johnston of the City of Dublin Gent. Samuel Johnston his son and heir and Frances his wife in consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty pounds did grant bargain and sell to John Betty of Glenvany in the Barony of Magheryboy and County of Fermanagh the town and lands of Tullycallrick in the Barony of Lorque and County aforesaid.” John Betty transferred the land to his son William Betty. Witnesses: Neal McHugh of Drumvane, merchant and John Crozier of Ardvarney, Gent both in Co. Fermanagh. Registered June 16, 1746. |
