September 30, 1782; between James Beaty (sic) of Ballyconew, County of Wexford, Miller & John Phillips of Patrick Street in the County and City of Dublin, Tobacconist--in a lease dated August 22, 1772 William Jones the younger of Nevilscourt in the County of Wexford, Gent leased to James Beaty the Mill of Ballyconew and several other pieces of property in the town of Ballyconew, Barony of Gorey and County of Wexford.
