June 17, 1783 between John Beatty of Skinnerow, City of Dublin, Bookseller & Stationer and Thomas Jameson of said City, Gent. John Beatty transfers to Thos. Jameson "the said John Beatty Office at No 32 in Skinnerow and all the counters and fixtures and appur'e thereunto belonging" for 4 months from the date of deed. This Jameson promises to pay 100 pounds within one month after the expiration of the above terms "provided he the John Beatty duly punctually Honestly and faithfully did assist aforesaid Thomas Jameson may require relative to the said Lottery".
