Sept. 18, 1770; Joseph Beatty and his wife Jane Beatty, "otherwise Sloan" sell to Wm. Gorman "the farm Tenement and parcel of land called part Tullyrush" in the county of Antrim, containing 63 acres "situate in the parish of Glenavy, Manor of Killullagh and county of Antrim" These lands were "devised by the Right Hon'ble Francis Lord Baron Conway and Killuligh to the s'd John Sloan by lease bearing date on or about the seventeenth day of April one thousand seven hundred and forty two, to hold for the life of Wm Sloan, Jane Sloan and Valentine White therein mentioned and the Surv'r of them and from the death of such surv'r for so much of the term of forty one years." Witness James Whitle proves deed in January 1771. |
