A Memorial of an Indenture deed dated the twenty fourth day of June one thousand Seven hundred and seventy made between Edm'd Beatty the Elder of the Town and Co. of Cavan, Gent. of the one part & Hannah Beatty of the s'd Town and Co. Spinster only Dau'r of the s'd Edm'd of the other part where by after reciting as therein is recited the s'd Edm'd Beatty for Considerations therein Mentioned did sell assign and make over unto s'd Hannah all & singular the Plate Household Goods Cattle and other effects of s'd Edm'd Beaty therein and about the Dwelling house and concerns wherein he then dwelt at Cavan in the Co. of Cavan aforesaid the particulars of which are mentioned and expressed in a Schedule thereunto annexed to hold the same & every part thereof to the said Hannah Beatty her Exer's Adm'rs and assigns to her and their proper use & behoof forever in which said deed there are other cov'ts and the s'd deed and this Memorial are witnessed by John Henry and Edm'd Beatty the younger of the Town & Co of Cavan Gent.
