January 9, 1773; between Thomas Trulock, of the City of Dublin, gunmaker of the first part; Thomas Meyler of the City of Dublin, Lookingglass maker of the 2nd part and Edward Beatty of the City of Dublin, Stationer of the 3rd part. The City of Dublin granted to Thomas Trulock in 1770 lease to land on the East side of Hoghill, bounded by St. Andrew's Churchyard and also land on the South east side of Hohhill, land on the south side of Hoghill, land on the north side of Chequer Lane; similar land was granted to Thomas Meyler and Edward Beatty. "The said Thomas trulock, Thomas Meyler and Edward Beatty did acknowledge and Declare that the said Leases so made and assigned to them was in trust as to one undivided third part thereof…" Witnesses: Felix Davitt and Barth'w Delomore Clerks to Edward Scrivener of the City of Dublin. |
