July 6, 1776; between Benjamin Lord of the City of Dublin, vinter, eldest son and heir at law of Francis Lord late of the City of Dublin, gunmaker, deceased and one of the residuary Legatees named in the last will and Testament of the said Francis of the first part EDWARD BEATY of St. Andrew Street merchant; Langham William Palmer of Townes Street and Wm. Morgan of the City of Dublin, Gent, Executors named in the said will which said Morgan is one other of the residuary Legatees also named in the said will of the second part, Ruth Clark Dau'r of the said Francis Lord and Michael Hutchinson and Jane Hutchison alias Lord his wife which said Ruth and Jane are the other residuary Legatees named in the said will of the third part and Terence McMahon of the City of Dublin Apothecary of the fourth part" One acre of land on the road leading from Dublin to Milltown, being part of the lands of Cullenswood, granted to Terence McMahon for the lives of Sarah Mason, James Trowler and Francis Trowler.
