Deborah his wife, Christopher Irwine, Esq., John Irwine, William Humphrey and Gerrard Irwine, of county Fermanagh, gents, shew. That Henry Blenarhassett of county Fermanagh, Esq., being seized in fee of inheritance in the manor of Castlehassett where of the tate of land called Ardvarny and the half tate of land called Ferrary are part and always were and are of the yearly value of £30 (or some other considerable sum as is pretended by the Defts. herein after mentioned) came to an agreement with Rowland Betty of Tully Anaguigue, county Fermanagh, gent., concerning said lands, whereby said Rowland Betty was to enjoy the lands of Ardvarny and Ferrary till he should be repaid the sum of £80 then due to him from said Henry Blenarhassett or his father Sir. Leonard Blenarhassett to said Rowland Betty as by said agreement reduced to writing may appear. That by virtue where of Rowland Betty in the year 1663 entered into said lands and possessed same and received the profits thereof to the aforesaid value of £30 a year for several years whereby he received all or the greatest part of said debt of £80 during his life time. That said Rowland Betty died some considerable time ago and at his death said debt was all or most of it paid. That John Betty son of said Rowland Betty entered upon said lands as heir to his father and has held possession thereof whereby the said debt has been paid off long ago. That Henry Blenarhassett is also since dead a considerable time ago leaving issue two daughters, viz. PLT Deborah now married to PLT John Coghran, and Mary sometime part married to Charles Bingham, Esq., whereby the inheritance of said lands together with said manor descended to said Deborah and Mary as daughters and coheiresses to said Hnery Blenarhassett. That Charles Bingham had issue by said Mary his wife Henry Bingham, Esq., his eldest son and heir. That both Chas Bingham and Mary are dead and on their death a moiety of said lands descended to said Henry Bingham who for the valuable conson of £5,502-10/- paid to him did by deeds of lease and release convey his moiety in said premises to PLTs Christopher Irwine, John and Gerrard Irwine and William Humphrey in the beginning of the year 1710 and PLTs are accordingly seized in fee of said moiety. That PLTs John and Deborah Coghran are also seized in fee of the other moiety in right of Deborah, and no partition of the premises was ever made. That all PLTs hold the premises together and undivided according to their respective interests therein and they have a title to the premises particularly to the lands of Ardvarnry and Ferraryll.
