son Samuel my silver cup with two handles, my case of pistols and my night gown.
Whereas I have a bond perfected to me by my son Samuel for 50 pounds I bequeath said bond to my daughter Jane with interest thereon when she is 21, and should she die then my son Samuel is to have same.
To my beloved wife Letitia that division of the lands of Armagh not already disposed of by this my will, until my second son Forster? is 18, and also provided my wife continue a widow during that time, she the said Letitia to maintain, clothe and educate my three youngest children and put my two younger sons to trade at convenient age. In case my son Forster does not come to 18 years of age, then my wife to possess said lands until my son Robert is 18.
Whichever of my younger sons is first 18 said division so bequeathed to my wife will be his sole property he to pay to my said wife 5 pounds a year for her life, that is if she shall not choose to take her maintenance in the house with him in lieu thereof.
Should my son Forster come to 18 and he becomes possessed of said division he is to pay to my son Robert 150 pounds when he is 18.
Whereas I have a bond of indemnity perfected to me by the late Benjamin Anderson on account of my joining him as security in a bond for 100 pounds and I have paid on account of said bond 40 pounds, I leave to my wife said bonds and receipts signed by John Thompson for the money so paid by me.
Should my wife marry again the sum of 50 pounds to be paid to her in lieu of all former bequests herein, but if she continue a widow she can dispose of my moveable goods among my children as she shall will.
To my son Forster my watch, six silver table spoons and copper brewing pan.
To my son Robert my silver soop [soup] ladle and silver buckles and silver buttons.
If either of my sons Forster or Robert, d.s.p. survivor to be the heir.
I appoint my son Samuel and John Trimble of Mullaghdugh? county Cavan, the executors.
