To my daughter Margaret and my youngest daughter Elinor one half of my substance not before devised whatsoever, and I order my daughter Margaret to take care of my youngest daughter till she is able to take care of herself.
To my daughters Anne Beatty and Catharine the remaining half of my goods equally, and leave the care of my daughter Catharine to my daughter Ann.
I desire my children may be under the direction and care of my executors.

To my dearly beloved wife Anne her furniture as settled by our marriage deed, also all profit rents and of my lands of Lismoy which I hold by lease during said lease (reserving thereout the profits for three years to pay my debts); and also leave to her my gold watch, chain, and two seals, one with my initials, and the other "never despair" engraved thereon; my other gold seal to go to my father; also to my said wife all my household linen, silver spoons and plate, and she is to keep said watch, chain and seals during her life, and at her death same to go to my father if he is alive, if not then to my sister Anne or her next of kin.
To my dear father my title to the lands of Corry, Lisnabo, and Clonhalt?, county Longford, and the lands of Drumcon and Gartinardress, county Cavan, he to pay to my wife Anne 50 pounds a year for her life out of Drumcon as by our marriage deed directed during the life of my father.
My father to give to James Beatty the house and garden he now possesses for life of said James Beatty rent free provided the lease of Corry shall so long last, and said James Beatty is not to sell same without the consent of my father.
To my father all my houses and cattle, also my gig Northumberland tables, and all my furniture.
After the death of my father the lands of Corry, Lisnaboe, Clonhalt?, Drumcon and Gartinardress shall go to my two sisters
