I leave 10 pounds to bury my corps and order my friend John Betty to see same done and 5 pounds for a tombstone.
The remainder of my substance to my loving sons John Betty and Christopher Betty and my son-in-law John Betty is to assist them in getting in the debts due to me and to have a part with them thereof.
I appoint my loving sons John Betty and Christopher Betty to be executors and their brother-in-law John Betty to assist them, and I order my loving friend John Betty to commend them to do what is just and right.

On 22 July 1756 John Beatty and Christopher Beatty the executors sworn to faithfully execute the will before John Draycott.
Indorsed: "The last Will and Testament of Adam Beatty late of Drumcreen [Drumcrin, Co. Fermanagh] in the parish of Magheraculmoney and Diocese of Clogher, Deceased, Dated July 5th 1756."

To be buried in the church yard of Five Mile Town.
To my well beloved wife Mary Bettey 50 pounds.
To my son John Bettey half of the lease of Drumdarge now in my possession clear of rent at the same time subject to the payment of the yearly rents and other charges that the land lord now pays; together with the sum of 50 pounds.
To my son William Bettey that part of the Alderwood now in my possession he being subject to the yearly rents and charges said land now pays; together with the sum of 50 pounds.
