To my three sons, to wit, James, George and William after payment of the above legacies and debts all my worldly goods and chattels whatsoever, my lease of Arghamore, Doras, Moghly and Clan M'Felemy I include therein equally, subject however to this restriction, viz: my son James to have his third share of the lease of Aghamorra, the part called Moghty, and such a part of my other lands thereto adjoining and a part of Doras as my executors shall set apart for him; my son George to get his third share in Clan Mc Felleney and so much more adjoining Aughalurcher church as shall be set apart by my executors for him; and my son William to get his third share of that part whereon my dwelling house stands and a part of Doras adjoining thereto as shall be laid out by my executors. In case my said sons Robert and John and said daughters Anne and Jane shall die unmarried or under 21, his or her portion to go equally to the surviving children. Should my said sons James, George, and William die unmarried and under 21, share of the lands of Aghamore to go to my son Robert he paying to the surviving children 140 pounds equally and should my other two surviving sons die to whom I leave said share of Aghamore or should my son Robert die his part to go to my son John he to pay to the surviving children 140 pounds equally.
Should my wife be with child, 110 pounds to be raised for said child as follows: 20 pounds to be taken off my wife Ann's legacy and 12 pounds off my other children.
I appoint Robert Armstrong of Hollybrook, William Graham of Derrycullen [Derrycullion], John Beatty of Slushhill, and my wife Ann the executors.

Henry Forster of Cole, parish of Clogher, county Tyrone. To my well beloved wife Elizabeth Forster alias Armstrong the sum of 6 pounds together with 6 pounds yearly for her life and of my lease of the lands of Cole in the parish and county aforesaid should said lease last so long, together with one of the best of my cows and also my household furniture. To my sister Anna Dunkin alias Forster 2 pounds 10/ - To my two brothers Edward and Andrew Forster and to my brother's son Andrew Forster the younger of Aughargawly all in said parish and county aforesaid the lease of Cole aforesaid and they the said Edward, Andrew, and Andrew Forster the younger to pay the above legacies. To my said wife the bay mare with the foal. I appoint my brother Andrew Forster aforesaid, and my brother-in-law Rowland Beatty, and Adam Bleakly to be executors.
