Memorial of Lease 13 Nov. 1773 between Andrew Chaigneau of the City of Dublin, Merchant of the 1st part; Henry Betagh of the City of Dublin, gent. of the 2nd part; and George Vaughan of London, merchant, of the 3rd part; Whereby Andrew Chaigneau granted to Henry Betagh that dwelling house situated on the north side of Cork Hill, containing 19 feet front (here follow boundaries) and all the estate of Chaigneau therein; to hold for the lives of H.M. Geo. III; H.R.H. Geo. P. of Wales, and H.R.H. Prince Fredrick, upon the trusts therein mentioned.
Said deed and this Memorial witnessed by John Gaddis and Thomas Armstrong both of Dublin, gents.
John Gaddis swears as to the witnessing at Dublin 23 March, 1773.

Memorial of Lease dated 30 June 1768 whereby Edward Beatty of the City of Dublin, merchant, demised to Moses Brooks of City of Dublin, copper plate printer that house or tenent situated in Crow Street, Dublin, wherein Arthur Stanhope of Dublin, gent, lately dwelt, and next adjoining on the South to a house in possession of Mr. Gilbert, and on the North of a house in possession of Surgeon Woodroffe, and on the East to Town's Street and on West to Crow Street, to hold for term of 61 years at £25 rent.
Said lease and memorial witnessed by Arthur Stanhope and Thomas Hurd, both of City of Dublin, gents.
Arthur Stanhope swears as to witnessing at Dublin 30 June 1768.

Memorial of assignment dated 22 June 1768, between Arthur Stanhope of the City of Dublin, gent. of the one part, and Edward Beatty of City of Dublin, merchant, of the other part. Reciting that Nicholas Mansfield of Dublin, carpenter, by indenture 27 Oct. 1732 demised to Hugh Stafford of Dublin, gent, that house or tenent situated on the East side of Crow Street, Dublin, containing in front 18 feet and in depth 42 feet, bounded on the south to the house wherein Capt. Bikerstaff then dwelt, on the north to a house belonging to said Nicholas Mansfield, on the east to ground belonging to Sir Wm. Townes, and on west to Crow Street, to hold to Hugh Stafford from 1 August then last past for term of 99 years at £16 ~10/. rent. That Hugh Stafford by deed dated 25 Aug, 1753 assigned his interest in said premises to Arthur Stanhope. Witnesseth Arthur Stanhope in consideration of £100 assigned his interest in the premises to Edward Beatty.
