Memorial of Assignment dated 17 March 1770, between William Coldbeck of the City of Dublin, Esq., only acting exer of Richard Eaton of city of Dublin, goldsmith, dec’d, who was only acting and surviving exer of Burleigh Eaton of the City of Dublin, gent., deceased, of the 1st part; Aaron Seymore of the City of Dublin, gent and Richard Eustace of Ballymore Eustace, Co. Wicklow, gent. of the 2nd part; and Edward Beaty of Townes Street, Dublin, merchant of the 3rd part. Whereby Wm. Coldbeck for consideration therein mentioned, with the consent of Aaron Seymore and Richard Eustace, assigned to Edward Beatty that plot of ground fronting Eustace Street next adjoining the house built by Mr. Bowin in the Parish of St. Andrews, City of Dublin, continuing in front to said street 20 feet and in depth to the back to Temple Lane commonly called Dirty Lane, to hold for three lives and renewals for ever at £6 – 10/~ rent; and also that plot of ground continuing in front 20 feet situated in Eustace Street, adjoining a lot set to Aaron Crosley, to hold for three lives and renewals for use at 20/. rent; also, the leases thereof; and also a deed of mortgage from John Seymour and Frances, his wife, and Richard Eustace and Susanna, his wife, to Martin Duclousy, and by him assigned to Burleigh Eaton. To Hold to Edward Beatty for the residue of a term of 500 years unexpired as granted by said mortgage.
Said assignment witnessed by Abigail Eustace of Ballymore Eustace, spinster, and Wm. Eustace of same place, gent.

Memorial of Deed dated 20 January 1770 between John Beaty of Lismore, Co. Longford, gent. of the one part; and Alexander Pringle of Ballyhue [Ballyhugh], and Thomas Carson of Brogan, both in Co. Cavan, gents. of the other part. Whereby John Beatty, in consideration of a Marriage already solemnized between him and Jane Beaty alias Carson, his wife and in consideration of £200 paid to him by the Rev. George Carson, father to said Jane as her marriage portion did release to said Alexander Pringle and Thomas Carson, the lands of Bawn Cully situated in Co. Longford, together with the Subdenominations thereof; To Hold for the term unexpired by which John Beaty held then by virtue of lease for 3 lives or 31 years from Wm. Mitchell of Hemmingford in England, Esq. for the uses hereinafter mentioned, viz:

to the use of John Beaty for life; then to assess an annuity of £30 to said Jane for life, if she has no issue by John Beaty, and if she does have issue then to have an annuity of £25 for life; and if the lease expire before death of either John or Jane Beaty, said trustees to be possessed of the sum of £550 charged on the assets of John Beaty to be paid to Jane Beaty for her sole use. etc, etc.

Memorial of Lease and Release dated 23 and 24 Nov. 1719, between Mary Ross alias Bawtie of Ballydologhan, Co. Down, widow of Robert Ross, late of same place, gent., deceased, George Ross of Edinburgh in North Britain, gent., son and heir apparent of said Robert and Mary Ross, and Anne Ross, his wife, of the one part; Simon Isaac of Ballywalter, Co. Down, Esq., of the other part. Whereby Mary Ross, George Ross and Anne his wife, in consideration of £180 released to Simon Isaac that one tenement containing 20 1/2 acres of land Cunningham Measure with the titles thereof, granted in fee farm by the Right Hon. James late Lord Viscount Cloneboy to James Bawtie, father of said Mary, and situated in Ballywalter, barony of Ards, Co., Down. To Hold to Simon Isaac for ever subject to 23 /~ rent and 4 d. per acre for tithes to the heirs of said Viscount Cloneboy.
