Memorial of the last will of Richard Betagh, late of the city of Dublin, chersirglan (?), decd, date 16 Oct. 1723, whereby he devised to Nicholas Lincoln, of the city of Dublin, merchant, Reymond Fitzsimmons of same, merchant, Richard Mollory and Farrough McDaniel, both of the city of Dublin, gents, and Mathew Read of city of Dublin perwigmaker (??), and their heirs, or to any three of them his equal half share of the town and lands of Cappock alias Cappoge, situate in the parish of Castleknock, Co. Dublin. To hold to them, or to any three of them in trust for the uses in said will mentioned.
Said will witnessed by George Martin, doctor of phisick, Rose Reilly, wife to Philip Reilly, gent., and Abraham Sheriff, gent., all of Dublin.

Memorial of Lease and Release dated 4 and 5 Dec. 1723, whereby Charles Batty of Ballyhally, Co. Westmeath, gent., for the considerations therein mentioned released to Wm. Tighe of city of Dublin, gent., the lands of Ballynure, Bolonstowne, Ballinloughvadington, Ballyhare, and part of Ballrath [Balrath], situate in the barony of Delvin, co. Westmeath. Provisoe of redemption of the sum of £400 to Wm. Tighe.
