Whereby John Betty in consideration of the sum of £200 released to said Thomas Lawson and his heirs forever the one eighth part of said lands of Killmaraverty situate in the parish of Dromcree, co. Armagh, bounded on the north side with a little river in said townland on the south with the common high road from Portadown to Ardmagh and containing 43 acres and then in possession of Joseph Betty, Thomas Dawson and William Mercer. To hold to Thomas Lawson and his heirs forever. Provisoe of redemption.
