now live in as I held same by lease for term of years from James Manson Esq, together with the kitchen,
the room she now sleeps in and a row house for life if the lease last so long.
The other half of my said land with remainder of my dwelling house and outhouses during the
term unexpired as lease hereof to my stepson Robert Beaty of Lisnasure, Co. Down, and to his heirs.
To my brother William Beaty the half of my crop now growing he to pay half tithe and half the expenses attending the reaping and winnowing of same, and also leave to my said brother half of all my stock, viz: in horses, cows and sheep, except one colt which I leave to James Beaty of Clogher, and also my said brother to have my bed, a big chest, a hogshead, the largest pot and my wearing apparel.
To my stepson David Beaty £10 to be put to interest for him, the principal to be paid to him at the discretion of my exors. as his necessity requires.
To my dear wife, the other half of my crop whatsoever, and the other half of my farm stock, and the rest of my substance.
Appoint my dear wife Ann and my said brother William to be exers; and Samuel Dempster of Doneghcloney, Co. Down to be overseer.
