Perogative Will.-
Guy Betty of Inernichan, Co. Fermanagh
To be buried in the churchyard of Lowtherstown at the usual hour.
To my well beloved wife Sarah Betty, my title to the lands of Inernesham aforesaid, together with my household furniture and farm stock and said lands and the lease thereof, and should said lease survive my said wife, then said lands of Inernesham to go to my daughter Elizabeth Betty.
To my exors in trust the benefit of my lease in Cules and out of the profit thereof to pay £60 to each of granddaughters in Cules, viz; Elizabeth, Margaret, Catherine, Jane, Sarah and Isabella Betty and if the lease survives after said payments are made, the same to go to my grandson Alexander Betty and his heirs.
To each of my granddaughters Sarah and Mary Thompson £100 out of the profits of lands of Bodony, Co. Tyrone, and the remainder of profits of said lands to my daughter Margaret Thompson.
To my said daughter Elizabeth Betty £250 to be paid her by my son Alexander Betty.
To my granddaughter Sarah Armstrong £100; and to my daughters Isabelle Armstrong £5; and if said Sarah Armstrong die unmarried said £100 to go to my dau. Isabella Armstrong; these two sums to be paid by my son Alexander Betty.
To my daughter Catherine Keys, £20 to be paid by my son Alexander Betty.
To Ann Betty, daughter of said Alexander Betty, £20 upon her marriage.
Should my lease of Cules expire before the sums so left to my said granddaughters are paid, my son Alexander Betty to pay the deficiency.
My son Alexander Betty to pay to my son James Betty £5.
To my grandsons Edward and William Armstrong, 2 chestnut fillies now in Portano.
To my wife Sarah Betty all my sheep and 2 fat cows for the benefit of the house.
To enable my son Alexander Betty to pay the above legacies, I leave him my title to the lands of Hare Island, Horse Island, Agharany, Knockahasson, Drumcagh, Portinode, Drumcreen, and Glenaghan, and the residue of my personal estate.
To my son James Betty my title to the lands of Killee, Co. Fermanagh.
Appoint George Henderson of Magheracross, James Thompson of Coolbrick, and said Alexander Betty of Rossclare, all in Co. Fermanagh, to be Exors. and trustees.
