Irwin and Gerard Irwin of Drumcahy equally between them, and a third part of my farm stock and lease of the Bow Island to Charles himself. To my daughters Mary and Anne Irwin £200 now in the hands of Col. Christopher Irwin of Castle Irwin and John Irwin late of Aghaleague, Patt McGrigger and Quarter Master Gerard Irwin as will appear bound, equally between them provided they marry with consent. To my daughter Jean Irwin or her children £20. To my grandson William Ball £10 due me by Capt. John Irwine's and Mr. Thomas Humphry's security. To my grandson Lancelott Irwin £31, and in case he dies same to his brother Alexander Irwin, now in the hands of Capt. John Cochran as will appear by his and his late wife's bonds. To my son William Irwine what money is due to me by Henry Robinson as will appear by two separate bonds, judgments and rent charges, together with the remaining third of my stock and lease of the Bows Island. To the above named Christopher Irwin his own bond. Appoint Richard Irwin and William Irwin my two sons, and Robert Watson my son-in-law to be exors.

58. Administration of the goods of Roland Beatty late of Ardvarney, Parish Tomplemaghery, Diocese Clogher, deceased, granted to John Crozier of Cavan – Tullycormick, Co. Fermanagh, principal creditor of said dec'd. 28 April, 1724.
142. John Wisheartt of Clontivrin, Co. Fermanagh, granted. To be buried in Church of Clones at discretion of Capt. Andrew Crawford. To Capt. Andrew Crawford (whom I appoint executor)all my lands and leases as held under the Bp. (Bishop) of Clogher except the lands of Clontivrin. To Isabella Armstrong my dearly beloved sister said lands of Clontivrin, she to pay the rent £4-7/6 thereof to the Bp. Of Clogher, and also to her the rest of my goods whatsoever and also the arrear of £50 due to me by Capt. Andrew Crawford which has accrued yearly for my life.
