(13) NOTICE: Take notice, that I have planted, or caused to be planted, within twelve calendar months last part, on the lands of Sweet farm, otherwise Boradale, in the Parish of Davistown, Barony of Bantry and County of Wexford, held under Mr. Humphry Peace and Rev. Patrick Pounder, being the Estate of Lord Ross, the following timber trees, viz. – 7,000 Scotch Fir;  6,000Birch; 12,000 Larch; 2,000 Ash; 2,000 Spruce; which I intend to register pursuant to the statutes. – Dated this 15th  Day of February 1822.

Memorial of the last will and codicil of Rev. Veaitch Betty of Lakefield, Co. Cavan, deced. as follows: I Veaitch Betty of Lakefield, Co. Cavan  Clke.
To be buried in the vault I made at Templeport.
To my dear wife, Mary Betty the houses and demesne (mean: all the land) of Lakefield with the Mill Reis and 10 a. of land where the mill is built for her widowhood, which land of Lakefield I now hold in my own hand to be a dowry for my said wife and her two unmarried daus., viz: Susanna Betty and Ann Betty.
To my daus. Susanna Betty and Anne Betty £300 each.
For 6 years after my decease the profits of lands of Kilsob to go to pay my debts and said children's fortune of £600 till same or discharged out of said lands.
To my second son William Betty the farm called Middle Kilsob, sometimes called Gortenane and his heirs forever.
To my eldest son Rowland Betty and his heirs male the lands of Newtown called Tony McCallan and also the farm of Lower Kilsob with the farm in Mullaghmore and his heirs for ever.
Not till the six years aforesaid after my decease are either of my said two sons Rowland Betty and William Betty to enter into poss'on of the profits or till said £600 is paid as above mentioned.
To my eldest son Rev. Rowland Betty and his heirs male the lands of Lakefield together with the Ruse and the 10 a. of land whereon the Mill is built after the decease of my wife Mary Betty.
