Should my son William Betty ds.p. said lands of Middle Kilsob to go to my son Rowland Betty and his heirs male, he paying to the female children of my son William £500; and should my son Rowland Betty ds.p., his interest in Kilsob to go to my son William Betty and his heirs male, he to pay to the female heirs of my son Rowland £1,500; and should my son William Betty ds.p., the whole lands of Kilsob (after payment of the above portions of £600 to my said two daus) to the oldest dau. of my son Rowland Betty; failure of such female heir to the female issue of my son William Betty.
To my son William Betty the lease of Gartnacariff, Co. Cavan, made to me by the Right Hon. Lord Farmham, and the lease of Lavaghmore, Co. Leitrim made to me by Samuel Campbell, Esq.
To my grand-dau. Isabell Simpson £20 to be paid her on marriage or when 21 by her uncle William Betty.
The rent of the whole lease of Kilsob to be divided between my two sons Rowland Betty and William Betty; first to my son William the pole of land called Middle Kilsob the years rent of which is £13 – 15/~; to son Rev. Rowland Betty the other three poles called Lower Kilsob, Newtown and Mullaghmore, the years rent of which is £41 – 5/-; My son William to pay half yearly £6 – 17/6, and son Rev. Rowland Betty £20 – 12/6.
I order 10/- each to ten of the poorest widows or orphans of Templeport and also 10/- to each of the poorest widows or orphans in the parish of Drummully.
My sons Rowland and Wm. to have power to charge said lands with fortunes for their wives.
There is near £100 due me by Rev. Mr. Swanne for rent.
All my household furniture and chattels to my dear wife Mary Betty to be by her distributed among my children as she shall think fit, and I also give her £100.
Appoint my said wife, and my sons Rowland and Wm. to be exors.

Codicil: Whereas by the above will I devised for my dearly beloved wife, Mary Betty, the house and demesne of Lakefield, the Mill with 10 ac. Of land, and also the point or peninsula of Rus, and also Frances McTaggart's houses and farm to enable her to support her house and daughters in lieu of dower. I will that is she marry again she is only to get £30 per annum for life charged on Kilsob.
Whereas by said will I devised £300 to each of my two unmarried daughters, viz: Susannah and Anne Betty; in addition to said £300 I add £200 each, viz: to Susanna and Anne £500 each to be charged on my estate for them and same to be invested for them till they marry, and neither of my two sons to touch one penny of the profits of Kilsob till said sums are made up.
To my son-in-law Richard Simpson £50 charged on Kilsob.
To my grand-dau Isabella Simpson an addition to the £20 already bequeathed to her £30 more, viz; in the whole £50 to be a charge on Kilsob.
In addition to the lands devised to my son William, I also gave him that part of Mullaghmore in possession of Andrew Brady and now in possession of Farrell Logan.
