  To my son Roger Flemyng and my dau.  Mary Flemyng and their heirs my title to
Charlton in Cheshire, England, equally, and should Roger d.s.p. his share to my dau. Mary & her heirs, and shd. Mary d.s.p. her share to my son Roger & his heirs, and shd both d.s.p. the same to my son Richard Flemyng & his heirs.
  To my sd son and dau. Roger & Mary the profits of my houses fronting Ormand Key, Dublin, equally, also the profits of my houses in Arran Street, Dublin after the death of my wife upon whom same were settled at our marriage, with the same remainders __?
as above.
  To my son Roger the large silver dish which I had with my late wife.
  To my dau Mary my large silver cup and cover.
  I confirm the settlement on my dear wife and also give her above the £50 there settled on her the profits of above houses in Arran Street with the 50/- per annum for her life.
  I devise the £100 which I own by the Marr. Article with my new wife to give her daughter Elizabeth Moss should be paid.
  Residue of my substance to be turned into money and same equally between my four younger children, viz: Hellen, Katherine, Barbara, and Richard Flemyng and survivor of them when respectively 16 or married in equal shares, and appoint my wife to be guardian over sd. children during her widowhood, and should she marry again, I desire James Grace, Rich'd. Pavey and John Smith, Esqs., the guardians.
  My wife to have freedom to live in my dwelling home for one year after my death, when same is to be sold for the use of my children by my now wife as aforesaid.
  To my dear wife the pair of silver candlesticks.
