Katheren Wheeler.
To my daus Hellen & Katherine, equally my two large silver salvers.
To my elderst son James Flemyng if he is alive which ( I reason to believe he is not) 1/~by reason of his disobedience to me.
Appoint James Grace, Rich'd. Pevey & John Smith, Esqs. to be executors and desire them to give mourning rings to my children and to the Archbishop of Cashel and his Lady and to my friend Anderson Saunders, Esq.

Katherine Fleming of Duke Street, parish St. Anne, Dublin, widow.
To be buried in St. Ann's churchyard next the body of my son Richard Fleming.
Appoint my good friend, Mr. Wm. Richardson of Bride Street in Dublin, Exer.
To said Wm. Richardson my interest of years to the house where I now dwell in Duke Street; and also my household goods and arrears of my jointure in trust for my grand-dau. Katherine Chaigneau, also certain silver plate.
To said executor my interest in a mortgage on the holdings of Mrs. Deborah Clark in Law Lane, Smithfield, in trust for my grand-dau Henrietta Marie Chaigneau and a certain silver plate.
To said two grandchildren when married or when 18 to be paid the Int. of said legacies in augmentation to maintain them to what they are entitled from their father & the survival of them to be the heir of any one of them dying.
Should both said grand children both die then their legacies go to the/two? other of my grandchildren by Mr. Henry Betty equally.
I am entitled to the 9th part of £700 (of which £400 is due by Mr. Francis Duggan & £300 out of the lands of Grubeene) I leave same to my said two grandchildren by said Henry Betty when 18 or on marriage, & to survivor of them, & should both die then to my grandchildren Catherine & Henretta Chaignean, equally.
