Tyrone, brother & devisee named in sd will of James Beatty of 2nd part; Mary Beatty of Co. Dublin, spinster, daughter of sd William of 3rd part; Joseph Rogers of Co. Dublin, of 4th part; and John Galvin of Co. Dublin, tin-plate maker and John Rogers of Newtown Stewart, Co. Tyrone grocer of 5th part. Reciting a lease dated 25 June 1797 whereby Abraham Lambermart assignee of John Lambermart (who was admd of Abraham Lambermart the elder, decd.) demised to sd James Beatty that dwelling house on the south side of Kevin Street, Dublin, to hold from 24 June for 26 years at £28 rent. Reciting a lease dated 8 July 1804, whereby David Edge of Tamdarragh, Co. Wicklow, farmer, Samuel Edge of Fairview, Co. Wicklow, farmer, and John Edge of Birr, King’s Co., gent, demised to sd James Beatty these houses, Nos. 3, 5, 6 & 7 in Edge’s Square, Dublin, to hold from 24 June last for 31 years at £36 rent. Reciting that according to the will of sd James Beatty a marriage is to be had between sd Joseph Rogers and Mary Beatty, and it is hereby mutually agreed that Wm. Beatty is to have the houses in Edge’s Square, and John Galvin and John Rogers to have the house in Kevin Street in trust for said marriage.
