Robert Beatty, late Dean of Ardagh, dec’d, g’d to George Peacock of the town of Longford, Esq., curator lawfully assigned to Eliza Beatty a minor daughter and only next of kin of s’d dec’d for the use of s’d minor till she is 21, the Rev. Robert Handcock, surviving ex’r having renounced, and Roderick Connor, Esq., guardian appointed by the Court of Chancery of the fortune of said minor having also renounced and consented that same be granted to s’d Geo. Peacock. Dated 6 Nov. 1821.

Mrs. Ellen Beatty’s W. A. Ellen Beatty widow of the late Rev. Archdeacon Beatty, deceased.
Whereas by the will of my late husband I am empowered to dispose of five government 5% debentures as by my will I shall think fit. Whereas also by the will of my son James, Esq., deceased I am entitled to twenty five 5% Government debentures and three 3 ½% debentures are now lodged in the Bank of Hon, Sir Thomas G. Newcomes, ?? & Co.

To my niece Belinda Butler, dau. of my dec’d bro. Whitewell Butler, £300.
To my friend Miss Eliza Webster, dau. of Thomas Webster of Longford, Esq. £100.
To my niece Jennett Butler, dau. to my nephew Col. Butler £100.
To William Beatty now past 6 years old, the reputed child of my dear son James Beatty, deceased, £500, same to be paid to the hands of his guardians John Stokes and Robert Torrens, esq. for his advantage and should said William Beatty die under 21 said sum of £500 to my son Rev. Archdeacon Beatty.
To the poor of the parish of Moydow £30 at the discretion of my son Rev. Archdeacon Beatty.
Residue of my substance whatsoever to my said son Rev. Archdeacon Beatty and he to bury me in the churchyard of Moydow near my dearly beloved husband and daughter, and appoint the said Rev. Dr. Richard Butler, John Radcliffe, Esq., B. L. and my son Rev. Archdeacon Robert Beatty, exrs.
