Charles Beatty and which lands Arthur Beatty enjoyed for many years and never paid any rent for same, which lands were in mortgage to John Beatty their father and by him bequeathed to Charles and Arthur Beatty, and that Charles Beatty had been at great expense defending alaw (sic) suit concerning said lands of Lacken commenced against him and Arthur Beatty by the mortgagor, to which law expenses Arthur did not contribute anything, all which doings of Defts are contrary to equity &c. Pray for writs agst Arthur Beatty, Wm Tweedy, Mary Beatty, widow Edward Beatty, James Young, John Irwin, Claud Beatty, Henry O’Neill, Robert Beatty and Wm Beatty to answer in the premises.

Plaintiff Rowland Beatty of Killymitten, Co. Fermanagh, gent. sheweth. That the Right Hon. Wm Connolly, late of the city of Dublin, Esq., decd, being seized in his demesne as of fee of the town and lands and farms called Killymittin and Kildrum, Rich and Killee situate in the manor of Newporton, Co. Fermanagh, he by deed dated 3 Feb. 1723 [-4] to farm let to Rowland Beatty late of Cavanalogh, Co. Fermanagh, farmer, deceased, grandfather to Plt., the said lands of Killymittin, Killdrum, Rich and Killee, to hold from 1st May thru last past for the lives of James Beatty, Guy Beatty, and Robert Beatty all sons of said Rowland Beatty, and survivor of them with covenant of renewal for ever at the yearly rent of 39-51- for the first year,
