Lieut. Claud Beaty of Coolaherty, Co. Longford.
To my dearly beloved wife Isabella Beatty my farm and lands of Coolaherty aforesaid and Muckerstaff, for her life, and after her death same to Pakenham Beatty eldest son of my lately deceased brother John Beatty and his heirs male for ever, failing him to his brother Charles Beatty and his heirs male for ever, failing him to the third brother John Beatty of Monaghan and his heirs. To my dear wife Isabella Beatty the yearly sum of 10 charged on the lands of Corr, Co. Cavan as is mentioned in an award given to me by Captain Charles Beatty, and also to my said wife all my farm stock, plate, household goods, furniture, cash & debts due to me; also such half pay and arrears of half pay or shall be due to me, and all my estate real and personal whatsoever I am intitled (sic) to to (duplicate sic) her my said wife Isabella for her absolute use and appoint her sole exix.
