Prerogative Will:
Henry Beatty of the city of Dublin, apothecary
To my dear wife Catherine Beatty all my worldly substance whatsoever either in goods, chattles (sic), lands, tenements, debts, real and personal estate, subject nevertheless to the several conditions in a certain article of agreement ????? part???? between us dated 2 Dec. 1734. Whereas my said dear wife in now current with child & such child to be intitled (sic) to the provision intended for such child or children when born as in said articles of agreement expressed. Appoint my said wife sole exix (sic).
