Exchequer Answer 9 January 1810

Answer of Margaret Davis, widow, to bill of Complaint of Robert Beatty Plt.  Admit that Claud Beatty the elder made such a will and that Plt is entitled to a proportion or part of Cloon, but denies all manner of combination with intent to defraud Plt.

Sarah Brock of the city of Dublin, widow of Nicholas Brock, late of the city of Dublin, dec'd.
        To my daughter Mary Hackett all my title to the house I now live in Danzel street, Dublin and all furniture, plate, therein
        To Henry Gardnier of Dublin,---all sums I am entitled unto secured by the note of the Right Hon.Thomas Lord di Visci, in trust after my debts are paid the interest there of to support, clothe and educate my grandson Nicholas Davis till he is fit to be first apprentice, and when he is 21 to get the principal and in case he die I leave same to my daughter Mary Hackett, and I appoint said Henry Gardiner sole exor.                                   Sarah Brock

Fermanagh Esq. being seized in fee of the town and lands of Ardisallagh, co. Fermanagh, did by articles dated 22 March 1733 [-4]  Agree to set to Plts. John Betty and Martin Betty that part of said lands of Ardisallagh formerly enjoyed by Mr. Richard Nicles and which Wm. Eccles kept in his own hands from May last before the date of said articles, at the yearly rent of £9-10/-- for first 2 years and
