£10 for the residue of a term of 61 years from 1 May following said dates. That Wm. Eccles and John Betty and Martin Betty were bound to each other in a penalty bond of £50 to keep said agreement and a lease to be made to Plts. That Plts. entered upon said lands on 1st May next after date of agreement and improved same and paid these rents. That Wm. Eccles on 18 April 1734 by a separate writing on foot of said Articles: bound himself to keep same and to excute a lease to Plts. Now so it is Wm. Eccles refused to execute or lease. Pray that writ may be gtd. agst Wm. Eccles to answer in the premises.

Plantiff George Boyd of the city of Dublin Esq. admor of the goods of Wm. Beaty late of the city of Dubllin, gent. dec'd, sheweth. That said Wm. Beaty was for several years clerk or cash keeper of the office of William Sandford, Esq., collector of the Inland Excise in the city of Dublin, during which time said said Wm. Beaty and Plt had several dealings relating to Exchequer acquittances, Plt. being then and still is in the treasury office in the Castle of Dublin. That Wm. Beaty on 26 Nov. 1735, a few days before his death settled accounts with Plt. whereby there appeared due to Plt £500 for which Wm. Beaty perfected to Plt. a promisory note payable on demand. That soon after Plt. drew a bill on Wm. Beaty in favor of John Williams for £72--10/6 part of said £500 which £72--10/6 Wm. Beaty paid. That at the time Wm. Beaty dec'd £427--9/6 remained due to Plt. That Wm. Beaty died intestate on 13 Dec. 1735 and Plt. being principal crediter and by the direction and consent of Mary Beaty his widow took out letters of admens to him. That soon after Plt had take out sd letters of admens, Plt. and Wm. Sandford settled accounts relating to what was due by Wm. Beaty to Wm. Sandford, and there appeared due by Wm. Beaty the sum of £2,360--14/3 of which sum Plt. has since paid to Sandford the sum of £2,073--18/- So that there is now due to Sandford including the value of four bonds for £96--17/4 the sum of £206--16/3 That Plt. has justly administered the goods of Wm. Beaty and there is still due to Plt. on foot of said promissory note of £500 and for money paid out for Wm. Beaty's; funeral, and also the sum of £25 which Plt. lent to said Mary Beaty, the sum of £239--0--9. That Wm. Beaty also
