owed other debts. That when Wm. Beaty was lying on his death bed and before Plt. had administered his goods, Mary Beaty or her son Robert Beaty or James or Ralph Beaty the brothers to sd Wm. Beaty, or Charles Beaty took Wm. Beaty's pocket book and received monies due on such notes and securities for money therein and retained same. That Mary Beaty and "the others", before and since Wm. Beaty's death opened his excrutore and took out what cash was therein and also took out several cash notes, bonds, leases, and other securities and books of accounts and letters, and also a pocket book in which were several cash notes, bills, bonds and other securities for money and memoranda of debts due to Wm. Beaty, which they withhold from Plt. and have received the money therein and refuse to discover same to Plt. Plt. further expressly charges they took out several guineas and other gold coins out of said escruotre which was wrapped in paper, and also expressly charges that Mary Beaty or Robert, James or Ralph Beaty, or Charles Beaty after the death of Wm. Beaty took his breeches and took out cash out of pockets of same, and they also burnt and destroyed several papers whereby debts were due to Wm. Beaty, because said James and Ralph Beaty were greatly indebted to Wm. Beaty. That James Beaty sometime before Wm. Beaty died burnt several papers and will not say what they were. That Mary also received debts due to Wm. Beaty from one Averal. Now so it is said Mary Beaty, Robert Beaty, James and Ralph Beaty and Charles Beaty combine and refuse to account to Plt. Prays that writs may be gtd. agst Mary Beaty, widow, Robert Beaty, James Beaty and Charles Beaty to answer in the premises

Plantiff Joseph Wright of Inult?, co. Londonderry, gent, sheweth. That Wm Betty late of the city Dublin, gent, dec'd, in Sept. last borrowed £100 from Plt. who was then in Dublin at which time Wm. Betty assured Plt that his brothers Thomas Betty and Ralph Betty, who are in the country would be his bails men in a bond. That Plt. accordingly lent same and Mary Hodgson of Ballynascreen co. Londonderry, widow, being then indebted to Plt in £100 and she Mary Hodgson being also in Dublin. Plt directed her to pay sd £ 100 to Wm. Betty and to take his promissory note for same, the said Thomas and Ralph Betty not then being in
