Memorial of Lease dated 22 Oct 1719 between Charles Alcock of Powerstown, Co. Tipperary, Esq. and Thomas Batty of Killogh, Co. Tipperary, Esq. of the one part, and John Daly of Cullahill, Co. Kilkenny, gent of the other part. Whereby Chas Alcock and Thomas Batty demised to John Daly that parcel of the town and lands of Clonbough and TulloMcJames [Tullowmacjames], Co. Tipperary containing 370 acres I. P. M. for the term of 52 years from 1st of May last past at £80 rent.
Said lease witnessed by Thomas Boltan of Clonmell, Co. Tipperary, Clk, John Tinnison of the town of Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, gent., and William Conner also of the town of Clonmel, gent.
This memorial executed 23 Nov 1720 by John Daly in presence of said WM. Conner and John Quirke.

Memorial of Lease and Release dated 9 and 10 May 1721 between Mary Betty alias Vallance of Tullycushen [Tullycusheen], Co. Sligo, widow of the one part and William Knox of the city of Dublin of the other part. Whereby said Mary Betty in consideration of £250 sold to Wm. Knox all those 85 acres of land I. P. M., on the east side of the town and lands of Darragh, situate in the parish of Killfinian [Kilfinnane?], barony of Costlea [Coshlea], Co. Limerick. To hold to Wm. Knox for ever.
Said deeds witnessed by Charles Betty and George Betty both of Tullycushin, Co. Sligo, and Michael Chambers and John Booth of Sligo, Co. Sligo.

Longford, gent., by lease dated 12 May 1715 demised to said James Brock that part of the farm of Kilbride joining to said James Brock’s dwelling house containing 35 acres I. P. M. situate in the parish of Abylaragh, barony of Granard, Co. Longford; to hold from 25 March then last for the lives of John Gordon eldest son of said Aungier Gordon, of James Brock, Junior, eldest son of said James Brock, and of Francis Gordon, youngest son of said Aungier Gordon, and of the survivor of them with covenant of renewal forever at £ 8 – 15/- rent. Witnesseth that James Brock in consideration of the sum of £78-15/- assigned
