Maria and Anne Betty & their heirs forever; power reserved to the heirs to charge said premises with £1,500 for younger children; and my reason for not settling more property on my son James is that he is now seized under a settlement made by my late much esteemed brother of the remaining 5/8th parts of Kilsob and of £2,000 in Irish 5% annuities in London jointly with myself, and of £900 in 6% Grand Canals and also £1,000 stock in said Grand Canals; and have also paid my late brother and forced him to accept £1,000 as a small consideration for settling said proportion of 5/8ths of Kilsrob my sons, which settlement I confirm under the will of my late much esteemed father.
